以下問題是比較常見的問題，我們做了些整理，希望能夠讓大家更快速了解莊園：
NEW.問：我在莊園遺失東西怎麼辦?有服務台嗎?2011/08.29
答：假若您在莊園遺失物品可以至就近的營業據點詢問，或是至售票口的服務人員詢問。
莊園目前沒有設服務台，大家可以就近尋問營業據點的服務人員詢問比較快喔!
註：記得要跟服務人員形容一下物品的模樣和品項、您的聯絡方式，以便日後和您的聯絡。
01.問：國定假日否全區域開放是否營業?
答：如題所問，我們國定假日都是比照一般假日的營業方式喔!是全區域開放營業，
營業時間是以假日為主。08:00AM入園~06:00PM
平日：兌換消費折價券六角亭、木屋、酒莊。
假日：兌換消費折價券全區皆可兌換。
平日/假日每張門票贈送消費券100元(春節期間與連續特定假日不贈送餐飲折價券)
註:如有異動會在官網與部落另作通知
02.問：莊園是否有行李寄放託管服務?
答：有的。您可將行李託管在售票亭，離園時請記得您的行李喔!
03.問：2011年春節期間是指幾號到幾號，抵用狀況以及開放狀態?
答：2011.2/1~2/7(初ㄧ至初五)皆為春節期間，園區內區域全面開放，所有餐點與飲品九折
(折扣不包含伴手禮品春節期間不贈送消費抵用券)
04.問：餐廳訂位假日與平常日差別?
答：可以的。一般少於六人以上的遊客們，是不需訂位的呦!
平常日：訂位六人以上
假日：訂位只供團體訂位(大約25以上)如有不便，敬請見諒!
05.問：是否可以帶寵物入園?小型犬或是大型犬?
答：可，是可以帶寵物入園的，不限大型犬或是小型犬，但要注意狗狗清潔的問題。
06.問：非假日與假日園區消費折抵與開放狀態如何?
答：非假日僅開放六角亭餐廳、木屋餐廳、酒莊等地區，假日則全部開放。

假日、非假日差別是折抵方式不一樣呦!!
07.問：新社莊園票價如何定義?
答：全票250元整，半票150元整(7~12歲、65歲以上以及殘障人士)，
平日、假日每張門票贈送餐飲券100元 (春節期間不贈送餐飲折價券)
08.問：園區是否有休園時間?
答：我們沒有休園時間，僅有春節期間休兩天，2/1~2/2兩天。
09.問：園區營業時間是幾點到幾點？假日營業時間有不一樣嗎？
答：平日早上9:00到下午6:00入園，假日則提早一小時營業8:00到下午6:00，所有餐廳供餐時間從
早上11:30到下午6:30
10.問：要訂團餐或是定特定空間我該如何聯絡?

於12月31日會與朋友由香港前往清境. 1月1日想到你們這裡, 但必須趕搭16:00高鐵由台中–>左營. 現有以下問題, 煩請回答:
1) 由清境駕車前往新社莊園, 所需時間多少?
2) 由新社莊園駕車離開至台中中港路, 所需時間又是多少?
若不駕車,
1) 由台中中港路有沒有公車前往新社莊園, 所需時間多少?
2) 由新社莊園離開, 有沒有公車到高鐵站? 所需時間又是多少?
